Maki is a narrative leader, communications strategist, and community organizer with over 15 years of turning bold ideas into action.
She’s partnered with nonprofits, campaigns, newsrooms, and mission-driven organizations to move hearts, shift culture, and spark real change in communities.
Born and raised in Manila (Philippines) and now based in Denver, Colorado, Maki is proudly shaped by her third-culture lens and her deep belief in global solidarity — lessons learned from her years living all over the U.S. and the world.
Whether she’s exploring Colorado’s rugged beauty or helping communities build power and tell unique stories, Maki brings people and purpose together — with heart, hustle, and vision.
